Kevin has been immersed in SMaRT technology for over a decade, leading projects in a variety of sectors as a contractor and consultant. 

He is a Steering Committee Member and Secretary of the Digital Buildings Council, accredited SmartScore professional and Certified Protection Professional (CPP®).

Kevin is also a regular speaker and writer on the topic of SMaRT.  Whether contributing to a podcast, round-table or panel debate, he is eager to advance understanding of SMaRT’s contribution to and its potential for the built environment.

Stuart joined NuXform from Santander, where he served as the security systems manager during the development of Unity Place, their new Head office building. This innovative space has allowed Santander to merge four sites into one, creating a technologically advanced, eco-friendly headquarters for approximately 6,000 employees.

Stuart played a key role in the strategy development, implementation and integration of SMaRT technology at Unity Place. He brings valuable client-side experience of the SMaRT journey to his role as a consultant and is respected by our clients for his technical expertise.

Aleksandra is a real estate digital transformation specialist. She has over 10 years’ experience in consultancy, research and project management in multiple sectors, including real estate, financial services and oil & gas industries. With projects spanning the UK, Africa, the Middle East, and south east Asia.

In her previous role as Head of Research, she led the development of SmartScore, the globally recognised smart building certification. Aleksandra is dedicated to promoting sustainability and innovation. She actively participates in research, roundtables and panel discussions on the transformation of legacy building stock into more efficient infrastructure.
